Frank Barlin focuses on international business development and organizations and the people side of the business. His background includes specialized knowledge of the lifesciences industry. Frank’s experience is broad-based, having spent most of his professional life based in Europe, the United States and South Africa. He was formally a divisional Vice President for Europe and Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing Europe for a publicly traded healthcare company. In addition he has held country general management positions and several executive directorships. Recent projects include European business development, acquisition strategy and advice, competitive benchmarking, Asian outsourcing and turnaround management. He works out of the Paris office.

Bruno Cocheteux is focussed on achieving operational excellence, matching customer expectations with R&D capability and plant and technology transfers worldwide. Bruno is equally at home dealing with pharmaceuticals, drug delivery or medical device products and has throughout his career understood and focussed on the people and behavioral side of implementing projects. This experience is proven in creating and leading a European development center to support the US domestic market or leading a multinational team to partner with a large worldwide customer to design, implement, develop and market an innovative product line. Bruno’s experience is in leading worldwide and domestic teams with early experience in managing production and the various operations processes including all aspects of the supply chain in the US, Europe and Asia. Bruno is bilingual English, French and is a graduate engineer from the Ecole Nationale SupĂ©rieure des Arts et MĂ©tiers.

Daniel Rice graduated from the Universidad Catolica Argentina with an M.A. in Economics. He also obtained an MBA from Harvard Business School. His focus is on medical products and agribusiness, from early stage technology companies to later stage investments and buyouts. Daniel has extensive working experience in the United States, Canada, South America and Europe. Was Divisional Vice President for Europe for a US healthcare firm, and has recently been successful as a consultant for startup companies planning to enter the European market. He has broad experience in general, marketing and sales management. He is an advisory board member with several US firms. Daniel maintains an international base.

Paul Vaughan-Griffiths can add value to your business by bringing to you a wealth of practical experience based on running Healthcare Businesses (Ethical/OTC Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices) in West / East Europe - Russia and the CIS and the Middle East. Experience ranges from various European Country Manager positions to European Vice President establishing Pan European Business. He will be able to advise you on issues ranging from New Product Development, strategic business development, salesforce productivity to establishing new operational businesses. Recent assignments have involved re-structuring a European Business startup and establishing distributor networks in the Middle East. Paul works out of the UK Office.
