Frank Barlin– Provides recognized leadership in homecare consulting and has advised firms listed on the NYSE, LSE all the way through to startups.

Frank’s international experience is broad-based, having spent his professional life based in Europe, the United States and South Africa. Prior to founding Sibaya in 2002 he was European Vice President for a publicly traded healthcare company. In addition he has held various country general management positions and directorships.

Recent home healthcare projects include European business development, acquisition strategy and advice, competitive benchmarking, Asian outsourcing and turnaround management. He works out of the Paris office.

Daniel Rice graduated from the Universidad Catolica Argentina with an M.A. in Economics. He also obtained an MBA from Harvard Business School. His focus is on medical products and agribusiness, from early stage technology companies to later stage investments and buyouts. Daniel has extensive working experience in the United States, Canada, South America and Europe. Was Divisional Vice President for Europe for a US healthcare firm, and has recently been successful as a consultant for startup companies planning to enter the European market. He has broad experience in general, marketing and sales management. He is an advisory board member with several US firms. Daniel maintains an international base.
